The CCHO team attended the Professional Society for Health Economics and Outcomes Research Lebanon Chapter (LSPOR) annual meeting on February 21, 2020, at the Hilton Beirut Metropolitan Palace Hotel. The meeting was titled “Health Policy: Towards a Healthy Tomorrow”, with the objective of setting a comprehensive roadmap on drug health policy development in Lebanon, be it in practice, evaluated parameters, governance processes and international benchmarks.
The meeting brought together leading international experts and distinguished local key opinion leaders, who covered recent topics related to the National Drug Policy, health system transformation, Patient Support Programs (PSP), governance policies and practices, and Electronic Health Records and local data sources through interactive sessions and workshops.
